Pop-Up Restaurant, Catering & Culinary Exhibition
Collaboration with ETH Zürich to do the whole gastronomic offering including scientific storytelling at their presence at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Private breakfast events, public themed à la carte lunches and café bar during the day, apéro receptions with full cocktail bar in the evenings.
All culinary offerings are specifically developed and created to complement the chosen exhibition theme and are accompanied by tailor-made curated content using a variety of exciting channels.
