Definition of tastelab
Taste :: 1. the sensation of flavour perceived in the mouth and throat on contact with a substance, 2. the ability to discern what is of good quality or of a high aesthetic standard

Lab :: 1. short for laboratory, a facility to conduct scientific research 2. short for labrador retriever, a breed of dogs (very cute, but unfortunately not the focus here)

The Tastelab was a four-week temporary restaurant, bar and café around the topic of "Science & Cooking".
Housed in a custom designed pavillon on Polyterrasse in the heart of Zürich, we served lunch, brunch and dinner to over 5000 guests - every course perfected and served with a bit of science.
